For location this place can’t really be beat. Just steps from great restaurants, and the KittyCat ferry (it’s free) which can zip you around downtown Brisbane. Now, let’s talk about the rooms. There was a ton of space in the rooms, so our family of four had lots of room to spread out. The beds were not that comfortable at all. We could feel the springs in the mattresses when you lay down. The bathrooms and kitchen are very dated and could really use a freshening up. The internet was TERRIBLE, I never use all caps but had to here, it was so bad. It constantly cut out, dropped the connection and then wouldn’t issue IP addresses. The view was spectacular. Sitting on the balcony having coffee, breakfast or sitting down in the evening it was fantastic to overlook the water. That view comes with a price, and the outside was very noisy. The windows are thin and the bathroom have permanent screens in allowing the sound to come into the unit. We were up high in the tower and it was still very noisy. The parking was very convenient, we used the BBQs and it was nice to have them accessible to us. We did not use the pool. The staff were very friendly.
